With due respect to some of the best interior tuners in the industry, Russia’s TopCar can make its own claim as one of the best. It’s got a long history, not to mention an inventory, of some pretty impressive programs and while it may be cause for it sit on its laurels, TopCar isn’t doing any of that. Instead, it built another version of its universally lauded Stingray GTR program for the Porsche Panamera .
We’ve seen this before, only this time, TopCar is taking the interior treatment to a whole new level with a new dress-up for the cabin. Brace yourselves, this is one for the record books.
Traditional two-color treatments are normal for this kind of business. But a combination of purple leather and gold inserts? That’s definitely a new one, and something TopCar worked effortlessly into the cabin of the Panamera .
The purple theme of the interior is actually made from genuine crocodile leather with matching diamond stitching. That’s the kind of leather you don’t want to stand away from. And the purple is really subtle, not some eggplant-looking eyesore that will drive rats away. Very classy and very elegant, kind of like what you’d expect royalty would wear.
And here’s the coup de grâce: those gold inserts on the pedals, cup holder, gear lever area, and door handles provide a nice clash to the subtlety of the purple leather. The luster is pretty sweet to look at, and might we add, fun to be around with when driving this Stingray GTR Panamera.
Speaking of which, the sports sedan also received a new body kit as part of TopCar’s renowned program, including new bumpers, a redesigned hood, updated wings and doors, and a new set of lightweight forged ADV.1 Wheels.
All that, and we still can’t get our eyes off of that interior.
