Hyundai already revealed the new-generation Genesis sedan, but it looks like the coupe version will remain the same for at least another year. For 2014, the Genesis Coupe received only minor updates, with the biggest one being an improved six-speed manual with carbon-coated synchronizer rings, new exterior colors and some new duds on the inside.
For the exterior, Hyundai focused on adding more standard features, like heated mirrors and fog lights, and five new colors. Updates on the interior include a new cloth interior scheme, an improved navigation system, enhanced seat bolsters on R-Spec variants and Blue Link telematics with Assurance Connected Care.
As with the previous model year, the 2014 Genesis Coupe will be offered with a choice of two engines: a base 2.0-liter four-cylinder and a more powerful 3.8-liter V-6. They can be combined with an improved six-speed manual or an eight-speed automatic gearbox.
