The Volkswagen Beetle — especially the original one — is a very appreciated model among tuners and enthusiasts alike. It has an infinite tuning capacity, so you rarely ever see two like-tuned Beetles roaming the streets.
MR Car Design announced today a new tuning kit based on the newest-generation Volkswagen Beetle that improves both the look and the performance figures of the little "Bug." The kit includes software optimization, car body ennobling, an exhaust system, a set of wheels and a set of upgraded brakes.
MR Car Design spent the majority of its time under the Beetle’s hood where it updated the 2.0-liter, TDI engine with a new software that increased the total output up to 210 horsepower and 309 pound-feet of torque — a healthy bump from the standard 140 horsepower and 236 pound-feet of torque. The kit also includes a new exhaust system, a new G-Ride air suspension and coilovers.
