Lexus has been testing F variant of the new-generation GS sedan for quite some time. Unfortunately, it has always been under heavy camouflage. Today, a leaked Japanese magazine seems to reveal the upcoming GS F , and it certainly appears to be the real deal.
As we can see from these leaked images, it looks like the GS F features large air intakes and a sporty carbon-fiber body kit. For the rear, the GS F features the signature, double-stacked exhaust exits seen on the Lexus IS F before it.
As for the powerplant, we have heard all kinds of rumors that range from a possible V-8 engine to a performance-based hybrid powertrain. This Japanese magazine does reveal that the GS F will carry a 5.0-liter, naturally aspirated V-8 engine with an output of 465 horsepower. Now we just need to find out if these are for real, or just a prank.
